Our insurance agency is searching for an enthusiastic, hard-working, loyal, and driven full-time customer service agent to join our team.

The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for:

• Providing extraordinary service to internal and external customers
• Providing sales producers with possible sales opportunities
• Assist with social media and office organization
• Handle Inbound and outbound calls
• Research and resolve complex issues
• Respond to billing and payment processing inquires
• Complete required reports and documentation

Requirements:

• Two years of customer service experience in insurance (REQUIRED)
• Active Virginia Property & Casualty license (REQUIRED)
• Must maintain a positive attitude and be self-motivated
• Be a team player
• Be proficient with computers
• Expert with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
• Ability to multi-task
• Exceptional communication skills
